Reza has been flying since 1998 and has been a flight instructor with Royal since 2005. He has had experience as a pilot with the regional airlines and as a charter pilot. Currently he is flying with a major airline. Reza enjoys playing golf, guitar, and spending time with his wife and baby boy.

Henry has been flying since 2005 and has been instructing since 2008. Henry is flying with a major airline and holds ten different aircraft type ratings. Henry also completed his A&P in 2016. He enjoys spending time flying his Grumman and working on airplanes.

Jay has been flying since 1988 and has been a flight instructor since 1993. Jay is a member of the American Bonanza Society and is also a professional Saxophone player. He enjoys playing music and spending time with friends and family.

Markus has been flying since 2003 and received his CFI in 2008. He is the manger of website operations for a major car brand. Markus enjoys spending time with his kids, weightlifting, working on vintage VW's, and bike riding.

Chris began flying at the age of 12 and started as an instructor with Royal in 2022. He enjoys climbing, paragliding, and snowboarding. Chris plans on flying for the airlines.
